
Great Customer Service. I was involved in an front end accident in December 2010 and they took care of everything with my insurance and had a rental car ready for me when I got there. I received several follow up calls on my car’s repair progress and all the staff were super nice.

WONDERFUL!!!. The service at rocky mountain collision was wonderful!! It seems as though everyone in the shop knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle!! The repairs turned out great and the paint matched perfectly!! They even got my car back to me a day early!! I will never take my car anywhere BUT to Rocky Mountain Collision!!
I recently bought a 2008 BMW and, less than a week after getting on the road, I was hit in an intersection and my car was smashed! I looked around at a couple of body shops in the valley and the insurance company referred me to them. Man am I glad I took my car there! I was worried that, since the car was so new, that parts would be difficult to find and the technicians wouldn’t know how to fix it. They assured me there wouldn’t be a problem at all. After a couple of weeks of repair (which, if you ask me was pretty quick!) I got my car back and it looked better than new! They called me every other day to let me know what was going on and made sure I was comfortable with the repairs. Bravo! Rocky Mountain Collision Repair truly is, as they say, “mountains above the rest!” I would refer anyone needing repairs, whether on an older car or a brand new one, to take it to Rocky Mountain Collision Repair. I hope I never have to see them again, but if I ever get into another wreck, I would be more than happy to stroll through their front doors.
